Delivery Information — Mainland UK
Important Note: It remains the responsibility of all customers to ensure the delivery address supplied is correct — especially the postcode. We reserve the right to impose a further Delivery Charge in the event of a delivery failing due to incomplete or incorrect address details. PLEASE TAKE CARE!
The following Delivery Charges apply to orders for delivery to mainland UK.
ORDER VALUE:
- Less than £49.99 — £5.50
- £50.00 – £99.99 — £7.50
- £100.00 – £149.99 — £12.50
- £150.00 – £299.99 — £15.00
- Over £300.00 — Free shipping*
*Orders of £300.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Our standard delivery time is 3-4 working days.
If your order is very urgent, please call us & we will gladly provide you with alternative shipping options to suit your requirement. Higher shipping charges may apply in these circumstances.
If we are unable to despatch your order within the designated time we will contact you within 24 hours. If we offer an alternative that is not acceptable, you can cancel your order with no further obligation.
Delivery to Northern Ireland:

Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands & Islands:
The Channel Islands and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands incur an increased delivery charge. We reserve the right to contact customers in the event of an increased charge being necessary and to amend the order appropriately.
